We are in times of great change and deep healing. Our Ancestors stand by our sides, watching over us, guiding us, hoping we will be able to heal in all the ways they couldn't. Most of us are suffering from some form of generational, intergenerational and transgenerational trauma that has been handed down for many generations.
 
Whether we like it or not, we are carrying the burdens of unhealed trauma from those who came before us.  These traumas manifest in many different ways throughout our lives. We either continue to pass it down to future generations, or we do the work to discover, understand and release the pain, as well as break the patterns that were passed down to us.
